Desert Rose is a dry bar: you buy the bottles, and we handle the package you choose. We provide your alcohol shopping list. For The Rosebud, you add the spirit to our delivered cocktail bases using the recipe card.

The Rosebud is $325 for up to 50 guests, delivered with no bar or staff. The Bloom is $850 for up to 50 guests, three hours, and one bartender. The Desert Rose is $1,895 for up to 100 guests, four hours, and two bartenders. The Wild Rose is $3,450 for up to 150 guests, six hours, and three bartenders. Optional extras and travel outside 25 miles are itemized separately.

The mobile bar, professional bartenders, setup and breakdown, ice and coolers, Tossware POP glassware, napkins and straws, premium mixers, fresh garnishes, a printed menu sign, your alcohol shopping list, and liquor liability and general liability insurance. The Wild Rose upgrades to RESERVE premium glassware.

Guest counts are firm limits. Choose the package that covers your full party: a celebration with 60 guests chooses The Desert Rose, rather than The Bloom. There is no per-guest overage line. For more than 150 guests, contact us to discuss your event.

For $1,895, The Desert Rose covers up to 100 guests, four hours of service, two bartenders, and three themed signature cocktails. It also includes a cocktail named for the couple or guest of honor, luxury edible flower garnish, a personalized menu sign, and all staffed-package essentials.

For $3,450, The Wild Rose covers up to 150 guests, six hours, and three bartenders. It includes four signature cocktails, tray-passed welcome cocktails, floral bar styling with candles, RESERVE glassware, a styled champagne wall for 36 flutes, Signature Hydration Bar, edible toppers for every guest, a custom bar facade monogram, and day-of beverage coordination.

Take $300 off any staffed package when we use the bar at your venue. The credit applies to The Bloom, The Desert Rose, and The Wild Rose. The Rosebud has no bar or staff; it has a separate $50 credit if you supply your own glassware.

No service charge or gratuity is added automatically. Gratuity is never required. Tips are welcome and go directly to the bartenders.

Travel within 25 miles of the Las Vegas Valley is included with all four packages. Travel from 25 to 60 miles is $125; beyond 60 miles or out of area is $450. Select your travel area when booking, or ask us to confirm it before payment.

Our alcohol calculator provides a planning estimate. We refine your shopping list around the package, final menu, and guest count. Rosebud bottle quantities are confirmed with your menu; the Thanksgiving Batch Box retains its own bottle instructions.

Yes. Choose a Hydration Bar, champagne wall or tower, edible drink toppers, custom ice, additional signature cocktails, or extra service hours for a staffed package. The booking page lists prices, quantities, minimums, credits, and anything already included. Larger hydration groups are confirmed before payment.

Yes. We carry liquor liability and general liability insurance and can send a certificate to your venue or coordinator.

For weddings and popular spring and fall weekends, reaching out three to six months ahead is ideal. Planning sooner? Send us your date so we can check availability.
