We’re a luxury dry bar service. You provide the alcohol, and we bring the bartenders, mixers, garnishes, and a beautifully styled setup. From an intimate dinner to a wedding full of your favorite people, we make the bar feel like you.

One clear price.
Delivered cocktails or a beautifully staffed bar. Choose the tier that covers your guests, then add your favorite finishing touches.
Every staffed package includes the mobile bar, professional bartenders, setup and breakdown, ice and coolers, Tossware POP glassware, napkins and straws, premium mixers, fresh garnishes, a printed menu sign, your alcohol shopping list, and liquor liability and general liability insurance. The Wild Rose upgrades to RESERVE premium glassware.
The Rosebud is our delivery option, with no bar and no staff on site. Travel within 25 miles of the Las Vegas Valley is included on all four. Desert Rose is a dry bar: you buy the bottles, we do everything else.

Already have a bar at your venue? Take $300 off any staffed package. Events outside 25 miles of the Las Vegas Valley add a travel fee quoted upfront. We carry liquor liability and general liability insurance and can send a certificate to your venue or coordinator.
Guest counts are firm limits: a party of 60 chooses the tier that covers 60. Gratuity is never required. Tips are welcome and go straight to the bartenders; nothing is added automatically.

Two seasonal cocktails, mixed by us and delivered the day before dinner. Cocktail bases, fresh garnishes, recipe cards, a custom bar sign, and delivery are included. You provide one 750 mL bottle of spirit per base.

Wondering how much alcohol to buy?
Start with a simple estimate. We’ll refine your shopping list around your final menu.
Do you provide the alcohol?
We operate as a dry bar service, so the host purchases the alcohol. We provide the bartenders, mixers, garnishes, ice, and bar essentials included in your package. We’ll give you a shopping list tailored to your menu and guest count.
Can you serve mocktails?
Absolutely. We can include zero proof drinks in a cocktail menu or plan a full mocktail experience, with the same care for presentation, ingredients, and garnishes.
What if our venue already has a bar?
We can work with your venue’s existing bar or bring our mobile bar if you need one. We’ll talk through the space, setup, and styling during planning.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Desert Rose is licensed and insured, and liquor liability and general insurance are included in every package. Let us know if your venue needs a certificate of insurance.
Where do you serve?
We serve Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson, and Boulder City. Travel beyond the greater Las Vegas area is available as an add-on. Share your venue and we’ll confirm the details in your quote.
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings and popular spring and fall weekends, reaching out three to six months ahead is ideal. Planning something sooner? Send us your date and we’ll check availability.
